How do I get to the Preisker Gardens Santa Maria subdivision?  Exit from highway 101 at the Broad Street exit, your first intersection will be Preisker Lane and you’ll go north. The gate will be on the first left, on Cedar Road.

The streets in Preisker Gardens are West Meadowgate Dive, Channel Drive, Iliff Lane, Almond Lane, Chestnut Lane, Garden Drive, and Cedar Road. Preisker Gardens homes were built between 1984 and 1989. They range from 1,100 sq. ft. to 1,416 sq. ft. and are all single level.

HOA is $75 paid monthly and takes care of the common area maintenance, security gate, pool, and clubhouse. The pool and clubhouse are available for residents to use. For more information please see their website.
