Directions to Willow Creek Santa Maria from Highway 101 Exit Broad Street, turn north on Preisker Way, then turn west onto Hidden Pines Road. When you cross the intersection of Rail Road Ave you will have Essex at Willow Creek on your right and all the homes that you see on your left will be the New Castle Development. Please note they were built by the same builder however they offer different floor plans and different elevations. This development is currently the most Northwestern development in Santa Maria.
In Essex at Willow Creek Santa Maria offers 273 single family homes. The Essex homes at Willow Creek are generally larger than the homes in New Castle at Willow Creek. The reason for this is the smallest plan offered in New Castle is at 1270 sq. ft. while the smallest in Essex is 1570 sq. ft. The largest home in Essex at Willow Creek I have to remember selling was 2626 Sq. Ft. because it had the optional room added to the floorplan. These homes were built between 2002 and 2004. They feature stucco exterior, concrete tile roofs, and depending on the upgrades can range from tile countertops to Granit, from carpet, tile, or wood flooring. This is a master planned development and is close to the Tommie Kunst Junior High School and just down the street from the very large Preisker Park and all its amenities.
