On the corner of Strand Way and Pier Ave in Oceano, you have a commercial property, next to that parcel going south on Strand you have the Strand Way Condos. These are ocean front as well, however, are not single Family homes, so I have not placed them in the below list. My goal is to list truly Ocean Front single family homes with wonderful ocean views. It’s important to note that this is a very popular beach area because it’s currently one of the two beaches on the Western United States you can drive on; the other popular spots are Coos Bay, Oregon and Dayton Beach, Florida.
The weather along the Central Coast is known for being much cooler than the interior valleys that seem to bring us some fog or June gloom as I once heard. I love our cooler weather, it is one of the reasons so many people love to enjoy the Central Coast.
If you are new to the area, they do have a horse stable that offers horseback rides on the Beach, the area has the Oceano Lagoon, Stare Park camping off of Pier Ave, and just behind Strand is another green belt area. If you have an airplane and would like to fly into Oceano we do have the Oceano County Airport just a few blocks away. This is a smaller airport and they do offer air tours of the area if you would like to fly around beautiful Oceano, Pismo Beach, Shell Beach, and Arroyo Grande area.

I do beleive the vacant area’s between house’s are not abandoned roads, but they are public beach access. This is unlike Malibu and the colonie or whatever they are
calling the gated community now.
