Central Coast Real Estate 2020

Ah, the New Year Kicks off with the excitement, high expectations and the excitement of working with new Buyers and Sellers around the Central Coast. This year will be my 19th year licensed working real estate on Central Coast, however, I did work with my Mother JoAnn a few years prior as her assistant, I already feel like I have a few decades worth of experience. Time does fly, especially when you have fun, 2007-20011 went extremely fast with some of my craziest years. Real Estate is an adventure for me as sold homes in Kern County, Monterey County, San Luis Obispo County, and Santa Barbara County. I do my own photos, drone, 3D Tours, floor plans and enjoy marketing homes to prospective buyers. I’m just blown away by cell phone images I see on the MLS, the lack of 3D tours! With the rise of corporations into real estate one point of advice I would give anyone looking for real estate services, buying or selling soon is work with someone you know is a hard worker. The market changes, contract changes around twice a year, California laws change from time to time, local municipalities can implement things from water restrictions, implementation of additional water-saving like toilet retrofits and low flow toilets. These little things could get pass an out of area agent or brokerage or someone not knowledgeable about the area. The Central Coast Real Estate 2020 market is here and I look forward to it, ah day one.
