Where is the Bay Cliff Village Pismo Beach Ca 93449 Ocean View Condos? From Highway 101 exit on Shell Beach Exit, go East on Mattie Road and follow that past the Pismo Beach City Hall and past the popular steak house F. McLintocks. On the left, you’ll see the Cape Code inspired condos and the beginning of Bay Cliff Village.
The Complex Features: Two Tennis Courts, Pool, Spa area, BBQ areas, community garden, and most units have ocean views with the lower front units also has great views of the Dinosaur Caves Park.
Bay Cliff Village is on the Southern end of the area called Shell Beach in the city of Pismo Beach. This makes it central in the city of Pismo Beach. From Bay Cliff Village it’s only a quick car ride to downtown Shell Beach, Pismo Beach. Downtown San Luis Obispo is only 13-minute drive with clear traffic, while Arroyo Grande Village is only 10 minutes away.

I live in Las Vegas, NV. and want to relocate to the Shell Beach, Arroyo Grande, CA area in the Fall of 2016. I am very familiar with the area as I had lived there some time ago and have a daughter and family in Santa Maria, CA. I am interested in a one bedroom condo for rent or a small house to lease in Arroyo Grande or Bay Cliff Village. I would prefer unfurnished and no stairs. When and if you have something, I would be very interested in leasing. I am selling my hone in Las Vegas to move to the area closer to my daughters. I love the Bay Cliff Village and the Village of Arroyo Grande. I am not at all interested in any purchase, just lease. Please contact me if you have something that will become available. I am looking at later Fall of 2016 and can sign a yearly lease. My daughter can look at anything that would become available.
