Plaque placed by the state department of parks and Recreation in cooperation with saving and preserving arts and cultural environments and the Art Beal foundation, non-profit and educational corporations, June 26th, 1986.

For those who are interested in purchasing the property is for sale on Realtor.com, it’s .25ac not 2.5ac as posted on various web pages. The property is currently comprised of four different APN numbers. I’m not aware of any surveys that show the corners of any of the four lots. When you are ready the property has two homes, that is correct at one time the property that, however today home above the famously photographed one is being reclaimed by nature. Speaking of photos and more, if you want to take a preview into the property please check out my Photos, 3D Tour, VR and Drone Video; before you visit Cambria. I do want to point out that property has other neat features that you can see and experience like the custom handrail water system, to the metal framing, once running neat water fountain in the upper garden. The property has a very large beautiful redwood tree. The Photos, 3D Tour, Virtual Reality VR, and the drone only give you a partial experience, so my recommendation is to see it and experience the property in person.
